I will arrive with at least 6 days shelf life left but I can also be frozen for up to a month if you can’t eat me all at once!


Lemon Curd Sponge with Buttercream

  • Salted butter, (25%), range eggs, sugar, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), icing sugar, lemon curd (9%) (free range eggs, sugar, salted butter, lemon juice), water, baking powder.
