Once you have received despatch information for your order it cannot be cancelled.
All our products are perishable and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged unless you are unhappy with quality of the product, the condition in which it was received or if the wrong product was sent in error.
If you are unhappy please let us know within 2 working days of receipt of your order and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
We take any complaints very seriously so photographs or return of the product may be necessary to help us investigate what went wrong.
We will refund postage costs if we ask you to return a product.
