Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order and make sure you understand them.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of goods by you (the customer). We are Beau’s Bakehouse Ltd, a company registered England and Wales under number 10661676.
Beau’s Bakehouse Ltd reserves the right to:
Introduce new products or remove existing products from our website at any time.
Alter the prices of our products without prior notice.
Offer discounts and special offers on our products at any time and change or remove them at any time.
Cancel orders at any time for any reason we deem fit. When we cancel the order a full refund will be made.
Online Sales
Once an order has been placed and payment received through our chosen payment provider (PayPal) we will begin processing your order.
As the customer it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct contact and delivery information. We cannot accept any responsibility for any orders that are misdelivered, delayed or lost due to incorrect information. However, if you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as you can and we will amend it for you if there’s time.
Production and despatch of your order could take 2-5 days, depending on the volume of orders we are processing at the time.
Once we have a despatch date, we will send an email to advise you and to inform you who the carrier is.
Delivery
If your order has a total value of £25 or less we will charge you £5.95 for delivery and your order will be despatched using Royal Mail First Class, UK Mainland only.
If your order has a total value greater than £25 and less than £75 we will charge you £7.95 for delivery and your order will be despatched using our overnight courier, UK Mainland only.
If your order has a total value greater than £75 we will deliver free of charge using our overnight courier, UK Mainland only.
Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight may be subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm cost of delivery.
Please ensure that someone is home to receive your order or that alternative arrangements have been made clear on ordering.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once you have received despatch information for your order it cannot be cancelled.
All our products are perishable and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged unless you are unhappy with quality of the product, the condition in which it was received or if the wrong product was sent in error.
If you are unhappy please let us know within 2 working days of receipt of your order and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
We take any complaints very seriously so photographs or return of the product may be necessary to help us investigate what went wrong.
We will refund postage costs if we ask you to return a product.
Privacy Policy
We only collect and hold information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you place an order with us through our website we will require you to provide us with the following information:
Your name
Delivery/Billing address(es)
Contact details (email address and telephone number)
We do not share customer details with any Third Parties.
