Satisfy your sweet tooth with this decadent chocolate fudge cake. Two layers of rich, dense chocolate cake and perfect salted caramel buttercream with dark chocolate ganache create a chocolate lover's dream. Serve at any celebration and wow your guests with this delicious 9" cake.

Sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, fatreduced cocoa powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), wheat flour, (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), double cream, water, free range eggs, icing sugar, salted butter, sunflower oil, treacle, natural vanilla, coffee powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt.

Once the cake has been opened and cut into it should ideally be eaten within 2-4 days as it will unfortunately start to dry out.  

I can be covered and stored in the refrigerator but should be brought up to room temperature before eating. If possible, protect the cut surfaces with cling film or baking parchment.

I can also be frozen for up to one month if you can't eat me all at once.
