Mixed fruit (sultanas, raisins, currants, mixed peel), salted butter, dark brown sugar, gluten free flour (rice, potato tapioca, maize, bukwheat), free range eggs, brandy, glace cherries, icing sugar, flaked almonds, ground almonds, zest & juice of an orange, treacle, mixed spice, xanthan gum, glucose.

I will arrive with at least a 25 day shelf life so you can buy me within plenty of time, before the Christmas rush!

Please store me in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight, a bread bin in a cupboard or pantry is the perfect place!
