This little vegan Christmas cake is the perfect festive treat for one. Laced with brandy and ginger shavings and decorated with a caramelised orange slice, and cranberries, it will be sure to delight. Enjoy the festive flavours all in a cupcake-sized treat.

I will arrive with at least a 25 day shelf life so you can buy me plenty of time before the Christmas rush!

Please store me in a cool dark place, out of direct sunlight, a bread bin in a cupboard or pantry is the perfect place!
