This delicious sticky toffee pudding cake is handmade, with a moist and rich date flavour, topped with a sticky toffee icing and generously studded with Medjool dates and walnuts. The cake is finished with handmade vanilla fudge pieces, making it the perfect dessert for any celebration.

Once the cake has been opened and cut into it should ideally be eaten within 2-4 days as it will unfortunately start to dry out.  

I can be covered and stored in the refrigerator but should be brought up to room temperature before eating. If possible, protect the cut surfaces with cling film or baking parchment.

I can also be frozen for up to a 1 if you can't eat me all at once!
