Last delivery dispatch for Christmas day is Sunday 17th December, orders placed after this will be despatched as soon as possible but there is no guarantee they will arrive before Christmas.

This delicious sticky toffee pudding cake is handmade, with a moist and rich date flavour, topped with a sticky toffee icing and generously studded with Medjool dates and walnuts. The cake is finished with handmade vanilla fudge pieces, making it the perfect dessert for any celebration.

Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) sugar, dates, salted butter, walnuts, icing sugar, dark brown sugar, free range eggs, wholemilk, Medjool dates, vanilla fudge (sugar, condensed milk, salted butter, wholemilk, golden syrup, natural vanilla), natural vanilla, bicarbonate of soda.

Once the cake has been opened and cut into it should ideally be eaten within 2-4 days as it will unfortunately start to dry out.  

I can be covered and stored in the refrigerator but should be brought up to room temperature before eating. If possible, protect the cut surfaces with cling film or baking parchment.

I can also be frozen for up to a 1 if you can't eat me all at once!
